There’s a lot of things unfolding right now that could scare people. Remember, this has always been going on in the world. What’s important is that it’s coming out of the darkness and into the light now. We can all help to transmute this energy by taking actions in our everyday life to not reinforce the corruption and disparity. Do not get sucked into the fear mongering.
You can pray and send positive energy to where it needs to go in the world. You can volunteer and help where you feel It’s most needed in humanity right now. Ask yourself… where can I be of most service? Follow that intuitive guidance.

We can unknowingly absorb a lot from people. Make it a habit to clear yourself after being out in the world. Before you walk in your front door say: I bless the energies I absorbed from others and give it back to them. I ask my angels and spirit team to please replace that energy with love, light, and whatever my body needs at this time. And so it is!
