Guys I found a theory online from ‪@sesam_en‬ and after the concept photos it makes so much sense, this is ‪@sesam_en‬ theory (I hope I can post it, if you mind just say then I’ll delete 😭). But guys this theory makes so much sense and I’m so excited for this album now :

Chloe was a fictional character which the members mentioned in their Romance: Untold Film. They never showed her face. Her back was facing towards us. Chloe represents us ENGENES.
The author came up with the theory that the members were left heartbroken and they were just
"daydreaming" about confessing their love to Chloe.
Considering their latest album's B-Side M/V showed us their vampire selves which is their concept/lore, they were unable to connect to Chloe, who's a human and is currently dead. At the end of the film, it was shown that one of the members played a tape which was recorded by Chloe and the music playing was the members making the music/playing the instruments.
From what I understood after figuring this theory out is that since they couldn't let go of Chloe's death, they started going crazy about her and daydreaming about confessing their love to her (P. S:- Sunghoon confessed to a girl, who raised theories about being Chloe, and he said "O" and when it's translated to English, it means "I like you"). But, now that they are all aware of Chloe's expiration, they snapped back to reality and realised that whatever they were daydreaming about (proposing) was just them being madly in love with Chloe. After this realisation, they are now heartbroken as their love for Chloe remains Untold, leading to the Album being titled "Romance:
Untold", the song being named "XO (Only If You Say Yes)" which is about confessing their love to that special person and their B-side M/V being titled
"Brought The Heat Back" which talks about being jealous. And when talking about them daydreaming, the repackage Album has been named " Daydream".
The sentence which I've written "But, now that they are all aware of Chloe's expiration, they snapped back to reality and realised that..." also explains when at the end of the XO M/V the members snapped Jungwon back to reality because he was lost deeply in thought which possibly was about daydreaming about confessing their love to Chloe, when in reality, she's no more and was a human.
