I have been trying to figure out the best way to film while also knowing that it will be the last one I made. However I couldn't come to the best way to do it.
I love doing this. It's so much fun. I get to share what I open with everyone who watches and it makes me feel like I am part of a little community of people who just want to have fun and look at pretty or cute things.
That being said, the way the markets are now and with whatever the political situation is going to be tomorrow or even a week from now (it changes daily it is chaos and I hate it), it is just too expensive for me to continue. I refuse to put money into the pockets of scalpers and resellers who mark up the prices 4x MSRP, but that also means that I end up not having product to open.
Also with the situation with tariffs being on, off, on again for certain things, the amounts changing and who knows what else is going to happen, base prices are jumping to amounts that I just cannot afford.
Does this mean I'm leaving Pokemon behind? No!! It has been a constant part of my life since it came out in the 90s. It is a part of who I am. I will continue to play the games and I will even still buy cards, but just at a rate that is something I can financially sustain.
Don't give up on what you want to do. Maybe when/if the market cools i can come back, but for now let's just focus on the time we had and enjoy what we enjoy.

I tried something different today and did my video over at Instagram Live. I am TRYING to figure out how to download the video so i can post it here, but that is NOT going as smoothly as I had hoped. If ANYONE knows how to get a video to download (when you actually hit the download button!!!) onto your phone, that would be great. I even tried the "move it to your stories trick!" but it says the video is too long and well, I can't edit it to make it shorter.
I will figure it out, or I'll just cry forever. BUT I WILL MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE VIDEO
