今年只限指定地點＋指定時段：
‣ 天燈／煙火：11/5–11/6 19:00–01:00
‣ 煙霧天燈：11/5 10:00–12:00。

紅區（Red Zone）＋航安區：全面禁放（市中心與機場周邊都屬高限制區）。

紅區涵蓋 6 縣、39 分區（Mueang Chiang Mai、Hang Dong、Saraphi、San Sai、Mae Rim、San Pa Tong 等地）。

違規重罰：最高監禁5年或罰20萬銖；如引致火災，最高7年＋14萬銖。

⚠️👉 想合法安全放天燈：建議參加已獲許可的大型活動（如 CAD Yi Peng）或有申請的場地。

🗓️ 城區慶典檔期：多在 11/4–11/6（花車巡遊、文化表演等）。
