I'm on a healing journey with MEN1, a rare genetic endocrine disease.

Hi! I'm Lizzie, a MEN1 patient of thirteen years & actively healing for five of those.

My journey began when the news of a third round of pancreatic lesions drove me to explore what I could do for my own health, exerting influence wherever I could and staying open to changing my own MEN1 prognosis. I am now eight years surgery-free, completely symptom-free, (prescription) medication-free & present stable test/scan results.

Here I share weekly videos on the ups & downs of my journey: what's working, not working & everything in between, at all points of the scale from conventional medicine to 'woo woo' healing.

I also run the only MEN1-specific podcast. I help open the stage to diverse patient & professional perspectives in order to create a more empowering narrative for this disease.
