So often we get caught up in the negative things going on around us that we forget to pause and thank the Lord. Even in the hardest moments, He is with us no matter how far He may feel. When life feels heavy, surrender it all to Him. Love Him, embrace Him, and rejoice, because He’s using those very moments to shape us into who we were created to be.

Closing in on 300 straight days of cold plunging and it still doesn’t get easier to get in! My mind stays making excuses on why I shouldn’t get in but that’s the beauty of it, knowing it’s so cold and uncomfortable and punishing my mind feels so good, I don’t think the anticipation is ever going to get easier but love the process.

Thank you for the support! I’m gonna start doing live cold plunges still unsure what my schedule is going to be like but I’m excited to be doing them live, you guys can see the mental challenges behind them sometimes lol also I’ll get to interact with some of you and get to know you better as well with me.
