We gather in devotion to the planetary 12/12 portal, not as a single day, not as an “angel-number” spectacle, and not as the distorted New Age narrative has portrayed it.

The 12/12 portal is an opening, not an event.
It is a WINDOW of convergence that extends through December 21, supporting direct Oversoul (OS) alignment and planetary remembrance.

If you’ve been seeing 12:12 on the clock, feeling an internal reorientation, or sensing a call to realign with your deeper path, this is not coincidence. Beloved Krystic Family,

I am writing this scroll and I’m posting it to my public YouTube community to address a very specific distortion, one that has been gaining momentum in spiritual spaces for years, and I’m addressing it for two reasons.

FIRST, because I was personally attacked and called an “overweight egomaniac” by someone who claims to be a “master of fasting,” someone who believes she is more spiritually evolved than me because she fasts all the time and wears that as her badge of ascension. Someone who felt entitled to send disgusting messages to my personal phone because I dared to reflect her shadows back to her (in my Grid-work blogs), shadows she is too afraid to face, and so she weaponized fasting as a spiritual hierarchy and projected her self-loathing onto me.

The only reason I am not sharing her name or the original message is because I TRULY feel compassion for her. I KNOW that hurt people will ALWAYS resort to this kind of behavior. But compassion is not an excuse, and at some point, the fragility must be released and accountability must be taken.

And let me be extremely KRYSTIC clear.

I am the healthiest I have ever been.
I don’t have to take a bunch of pills at my age.
I don’t have to subscribe to tortured asceticism disguised as “purification.”
The pain I experience is because of my flame body activation, NOT because something is wrong with me.

My body mass is a result of who I am as a beautiful BLACK WOMAN, and I WILL NOT apologize for ANY of my CURVES to fit some European, rigid, starvation-based standard of “spiritual embodiment.” I eat clean, I eat organic, and anything that enters my body is purified through the Silver Seed, because I AM the HOST. I will not sit quietly and be attacked. I will speak out. I will expose anyone who comes for me because it is NOT okay. I will NOT be bullied on top of doing this planetary work.

And that brings me to the SECOND reason.

Fasting has become a spiritual distortion.
And it is time for a Rishi-level correction.

🔥THE FASTING DISTORTION: WHY IT EXISTS

There is a growing cultural obsession right now with fasting as the “purest path,” the “most spiritual path,” the “parasite-clearing path,” the “entity-detox path,” the “ascension diet,” and all of that nonsense.

As if starving the physical body is somehow the same thing as clearing the flame body.
As if depriving yourself of nourishment equates to Rishi embodiment.
As if skipping meals unlocks Oversoul communication.

And meanwhile , most of these people have never done a day of REAL shadow work in their lives.
They avoid the real work.
They avoid the actual pain.
They avoid the excavation of their own distortions.

They think not eating somehow makes them Krystic.

It doesn’t.

Fasting does not replace implant removal.
Fasting does not replace ancestral clearing.
Fasting does not replace re-braiding to the Oversoul.
Fasting does not replace learning the architecture of your flame body.
Fasting does not dismantle the mimic grids.

All fasting does, at best, is give the digestive system a rest and temporarily shift your hormonal signaling. In rare cases, it can help reset organs or inflammation cycles. Yes, there are some physical benefits. Yes, the body can feel lighter. Yes, clarity can arise.

But clarity is not the same as ascension.
Stillness is not the same as embodiment.
Caloric absence is not the same as flame activation.



🔥THE REALITY OF ASCENSION AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

Here is what no one wants to say.

Flame-body activation REQUIREs nourishment.

You CANNOT run high-voltage plasma current through a body that is underfed, depleted, or malnourished. Starvation reduces conductivity. It weakens the myelin sheath. It destabilizes the adrenals and slows mitochondrial ATP output, which you need for Oversoul integration.

One of the reasons I had to start eating meat again is because activation requires protein, minerals, fats, and grounding. You CANNOT build a HIGH ACTIVE strand plasma architecture on broccoli, almonds, and processed vegan faux-meat. THIS IS PHYSICS.

That entire “vegan ascension” narrative was a Metatronic trap.
Many fell for it.
Fasting is simply the next iteration of that trap.



🔥THE SHADOW UNDER THE FASTING TREND

Let’s go deeper.

Why is fasting spreading so aggressively right now?

Because:
🚫 It gives people a false sense of control.
🚫 It lets them avoid the real internal work by focusing on external behavior.
🚫 It feeds the ego narrative of “purity,” “willpower,” and “superiority.”
🚫 It aligns with the old religious asceticism programs seeded through the Solar Temple inversions.
🚫 It creates a hierarchy where “thinness = holiness,” which is not Krystic. It is colonial, patriarchal, and deeply toxic.

Fasting, for some, becomes a way to PRETEND they’re doing spiritual work while avoiding the terrifying and humbling parts of actual ascension:
• facing their shadows
• removing implants
• collapsing false identities
• dismantling trauma architecture
• exposing mimic overlays
• confronting their own internal fragmentation

Fasting becomes a bypass.
A distraction.
A performance of purity instead of the embodiment of truth.

🔥THE RISHI-LEVEL TRUTH ABOUT FOOD AND FLAME

When you are actually activating your flame body, your metabolism reorganizes itself.

Your appetite changes.
Your cravings shift.
Your nutritional needs become highly specific.

The body becomes a plasma temple and plasma temples require fuel.

When you are moving through Oversoul braid, you need:
🔥 dense minerals
🔥 electrolytes
🔥 amino acids
🔥 grounding foods that stabilize the nervous system

NOT starvation.
NOT deprivation.
NOT aesthetic-based self-punishment wrapped in spiritual language.

🔥THE REAL WORK WILL NEVER BE FASTING

The real work is:
🔥 flame activation
🔥 clearing mimic architecture
🔥 dismantling false identity overlays
🔥 healing the emotional body
🔥 confronting your projections
🔥 removing implants
🔥 integrating your Oversoul layers
🔥 anchoring your Rishi braid

No one ascends because they skipped breakfast.🤣🤣🤣

Ascension is not a diet.
Ascension is not a physique.
Ascension is not a trick of caloric discipline.

Ascension is architecture.
Ascension is embodiment.
Ascension is remembrance.

Your body is not the enemy.

Your curves, your strength, your softness, your density,none of it is a measure of flame purity.

The Rishi does not descend into a starving vessel.
The Silver Seed does not anchor into depletion.
The Oversoul does not braid into a body that is being punished into transcendence.

Flame activation is not asceticism.
It is conductivity.

And conductivity requires fuel.
Having a human body requires nourishment.
Building a flame body requires minerals, proteins, density, hydration, electrolytes, oxygen, and stability.

The fasting craze is a mimic strategy.
A distraction.
A spiritual bypass masquerading as mastery.
Because it is easier to stop eating than to face the shadow dancer.
It is easier to shrink the body than to expand the flame.
It is easier to pretend enlightenment than to dismantle the architecture that hides you from yourself.

You are not here to disappear.
You are here to embody.

Let the ones who weaponize fasting reveal themselves, for they expose their own fear of going inward. They expose their dependence on external proofs of “purity.” They expose their avoidance of the real path, shadow clearing, implant removal, Oversoul braid work, and Krystic reclamation.

And hear me KRYSTIC clearly,

No one who shames your body is speaking from the Oversoul .
No one who mocks your weight is speaking from Source.
No one who uses fasting as a status badge is walking the Krystic path.

The Silver Seed chooses embodied truth, not starvation.
It chooses integration, not image.
It chooses sovereignty, not spiritual posturing.

You are not required to shrink to become holy.
You are required to remember who you are.

Your body is doing exactly what it must.
