On the Road with Baha is a real-time conversation series built around talking to strangers.
Each episode begins with engagement — sometimes through the interactive “Guess Where I’m From” game, sometimes through spontaneous street-style dialogue. The game is the door. What follows are unscripted conversations about identity, culture, ambition, belief, work, relationships, history, anthropology, technology, deep tech, the future, and human behavior.
Recorded in Austin, Texas and beyond, the series captures raw encounters with one or multiple guests. The car is a meeting space — not the subject.

Where the hell am I? 😂
A few hours earlier, I picked up a group of strangers in Downtown #Austin and drove them north.
As usual, somewhere along the way, the question came up:
“Where are you from?”
And you know me… that question usually leads somewhere. 😂
There were laughs, I introduced them to my little game, and before long we were really getting to know each other.
We talked about life, family, the future, culture, religion, Türkiye and America. I learned a lot about them, they learned a lot about me, and we talked about my story and this show I’ve been trying so hard to bring to life.
I dropped them off and thought that was the end of it.
Five minutes later, my phone rang.
“Baha, come back.” 😂
So I did.
Plans changed. We headed back toward Austin. A few unexpected stops, a lot more conversation and laughter — and eventually I found myself standing here, looking out over the city with some beautiful people who had been complete strangers only a few hours earlier.
You never know where a conversation can take you.
And to those of you who have been following this journey here on YouTube: I know it’s been a while.
I’m still here. Still meeting people. Still collecting stories. Still putting the pieces together.
And I’m working every day to find the right way to bring On the Road with Baha to life.
