So the qualifiers are complete and the 16 that take their place in the World Championship first round to face the 16 top seeds have been finalised. The draw takes place tomorrow and should be very interesting. The action in Round One starts on Saturday 💥👍🏻Some final frame deciders settled a few of these ties and despite hitting 2 Maximums Jackson Page is out and a special mention for Aaron Hill of Ireland 🇮🇪 bidding to qualify for the first time he suffered an agonising defeat, 10-9 to Dave Gilbert having led 9-7. 🏆Congratulations to John Higgins on becoming the 2025 Tour Champion after beating Mark Selby 10-8 in the final. 🏆
Selby led 8-5 at one stage but John rallied and won 5 on the spin to take the title and the €150k prize in front of his family who were there to celebrate with him. The clearance in the last frame was top class too 👌🏻Great moment for a legend of snooker.

His odds will drop dramatically now for the World Championship!
