The Czech classics I grew up with — bábovka, koláčky, perník, cukroví — next to British bakes like scones, crumbles, shortbread and mince pies. And the everyday favourites everyone asks for.
No pastry-chef training, no equipment you don't already own. Grams and °C first, cups and °F in brackets, so the recipes work wherever you are.
