We got served a letter by a Massachusetts attorney.Full legal letterhead.One full page.Brought to me assuming there was a problem.There was not.It was a thank you letter praising our project manager, the installation process, and our communication and app.This is why we do what we do.(Name and signature blurred for privacy.) 🤦🏻♂️
