I am contacting you because I am experiencing abuse from the unknown and this Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena needs to stop.
My experience with the unknown is sexual because of what it feels like and I hate it. Being aroused to someone saying: It Feels Good, huh? NO means NO, Stop, why are you doing this, private parts, I have not given permission to make me feel like this or that, I am not horny.
But the arousal is nothing nice when you don’t want to be aroused, it is harmful. The electrical charge is harmful, the heat generated on private parts is concerning … nope not herpes. It is hot and harmful to our health.
Sexual Misconduct encompasses any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature that is committed without consent or by force, intimidation, coercion, or manipulation.
Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that includes unwanted verbal or physical advances, offensive jokes or gestures, and quid pro quo harassment, where a person in authority demands sexual favors for job benefits. It can occur in various settings.
Types of sexual harassment
Verbal: Making derogatory comments, jokes, or slurs; asking personal questions about someone's sex life; or making sexual comments about a person's appearance.
Physical: Unwanted touching, assault, or blocking someone's movement.
Visual: Displaying derogatory posters, cartoons, or drawings.
Quid pro quo: A supervisor or authority figure demanding sexual favors in exchange for job benefits, such as a promotion or a better work environment.
Sexual Abuse takes place when a person knowingly causes another person to engage in a sex act by threatening or placing the other person in fear, or if someone engages in a sexual act with a person who is incapable of appraising the nature of the act or unable to give consent.
Sexual violence is defined as a sexual act that is committed or attempted by another person without freely given consent of the victim or against someone who is unable to consent or refuse. Non-physically pressured unwanted penetration; intentional sexual touching; or non-contact acts of a sexual nature. Sexual violence involves a lack of freely given consent as well as situations in which the victim is unable to consent or refuse.

Seeking justice, I think it is unfair that We The People are in this vulnerable situation, and we want to align our cares with the statesmanship of our Constitution, Human, Independence, Civil (CHiC) interest. Who is watching Who while we are coping and involved in self-care and those bullies are doing what they are doing without being held at fault. We do not accept it being our Spirit World.
The melting clock and assumption. These illegal and unwanted experiments/operations are not funny.
Concerned because it is Domestic Abuse and I am infuriated that our government would have allowed those bullies to do these harmful mind, spy games; it is contradicting the people’s CHiC.
The people’s concern is establishing, reinforcing, implementing protections against these harmful acts against whatever department doing these acts against humanity.
A lot of things in the sky; therefore, we are seeking that relationship with the Department of Defense (dow), United States Space Force, United States Air Force, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and other national and worldwide nothing to address Human Rights concerns. People are not making this up and I am one of them stating there is a problem and assuming we have the Knowledge, Intelligence, Trade, talent, Education (KITtE) to hold those culprits at fault for sexually abusive misconduct, behavior, and harassment.

Why is the City of Los Angeles charging people (landlords, homeowners, etc) money because they rented their property.
They should have access for people to complain; it is unfair that this is one sided.
No to the Systematic Code Enforcement Program, Rent Stabilization Ordinance & Just Cause Ordinance.
What is the address for complaints?
Not sure if this is state, county, or just the city.
