First of all I want to say that I'm so sorry for being late. I took sometime off YouTube to enjoy my vacation and I just came back yesterday so I didn't post about a very important event.


BLACKPINK'S 9TH ANNIVERSARY!!!!!

The four girls we love started their journey in 8th of August 2016 with Boombayah and Whistle and with lots of talent, ambition and hope. They went through tough training and getting rejected from award shows till they finally managed their first win with Whistle. After that time Blackpink showed that they were unstoppable. They kept releasing banger songs like "Dududu" "As if it's your last" and "Kill this love". Then came on of the most iconic moments which was Coachella 2019 . Nothing can ever beat the cheers and energy of the blink crowd 💗

After a few years came the album named
THE ALBUM which was an album that changed the whole KPOP. Everyone was dancing to HYLT and tearing up with Lovesick Girls. Blackpink were dominating kpop like no other group could ever. Same with the later iconic Born Pink album in 2022 with bangers like Pink Venom , Shut Down and Typa Girl playing everywhere.


But despite all this success the path wasn't easy with dating scandals, lipsyncing accusations and getting called names like "$luts" and "privileged bitches who don't deserve fame". Getting attacked for simply enjoy dancing with sexy moves on stage . Being teared down for collaborating with a western artist. Being hated on for following your acting career and being expected to be flawless in your first TV show. Being hated for dating or partying with friends. Having your mental and physical health being a topic to make jokes on. Since their debut they were disapproved as "cheap copy of 2Ne1" . Just think about this :

Jennie trained for six years since she was 14 years old.

Lisa trained for five years being away from her people and home country.

Jisoo also trained for five years often getting only 3 hours of sleep to practice her voice so that ppl won't call her "weak".

Rosé trained for four years facing negative reviews on her voice and vocal colour.

Only to get called:

Lazy? 💔

Plastic? 💔

Ugly? 💔

Talentless? 💔

Despite all that hate ,BLACKPINK members didn't let haters take their success for grounded and broke many records as :

• First kpop group to headline Coachella 2023 . 🖤💗

• First K-POP MV to reach 1 billion views

• Most subscribed artist on YouTube
( BLACKPINK with 98.5 million subs ) ❤️‍🔥


• First K-POP soloist to win VMA award

• First group where all members are ambassadors of expensive brands:

LISA - Celine
JISOO- Dior
ROSÉ - YSL
