I'm Brian Sunderly, an RRCA-certified running coach who didn't start running until age 43. Since then, I've completed 6 marathons and dozens of other races, and along the way learned that it's never too late to chase big dreams.

Big family weekend... my youngest got married yesterday.

Consequently, the schedule had to be adjusted just a bit this week, but i hope to make the wait worthwhile.
