This is a collection of pus cells. One of the cells has been eating gonorrhoea, collection of red dots just below centre. That's gonorrhoea, in the blue circle. Remember to get tested if you have a change of partner or new symptoms.

How often do you get a sexual health screen?
If never had one but you've had sex, worth testing to ensure you don't have any of the main 4; Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis or HIV.
