I am on a journey to lose 150+ lbs and to help you get inspired, have fun and learn something new for your success.
All my life I have been the fat guy. I have been on many weight loss journeys in the past and nothing has ever lasted. This time is different, I am using YouTube as a tool to drive success. I really enjoy watching everyone else do amazing things and helps me not to feel alone.
At the beginning of 2019, I ended up in the emergency room with heart issues. They discovered I had HOCM. Fast forward a month I had an ICD installed and a year later I was having life-saving heart surgery. I still have heart issues but all of my doctors tell me that I need to lose weight ASAP.
I decided that I needed to take action to save my life, so I could be around for my son and wife. Now, in 2021 I start fresh I begin my final journey to shed the weight starting at 340 LBs.

I AM EXCITED TO STILL BE ALIVE TO SEE 2025!
I wanted to give you all a quick update on how things have been going. Earlier this year, I got my first ICD shock while walking out of a restaurant with my family. The following week, I had an 8-hour VT ablation to try and fix the issues, but I ended up needing an ICD upgrade to a CRT-D.
My summer was going great until health issues came up again. At the beginning of August, I was placed on the heart transplant list, and just after coming home from the hospital the same day, I was shocked 17 times by my CRT-D, cardioverted at 3 joules (which got me about 3 inches off the table), and then airlifted by helicopter to Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
Within 48 hours, I received a heart transplant, and I’ve been recovering since. It’s been a wild past few months, and I’m really grateful for all the support I’ve received.
In the coming months, I’ll be sharing a lot of content about my experiences, including a full documentary of everything that led up to the transplant and my ongoing recovery.
Thank you all for the prayers and support from the Facebook groups, my friends across all social media, and everyone here on YouTube. Your encouragement means the world to me!

I have been debating since the beginning of this year if I should move my VSG content back to this channel. I am finding it hard too upkeep so many channels. @GettingEpic @GettingEpicVSG

Should I split my channel in to 2?
I have been thinking about moving all of my vertical sleeve gastrectomy VSG Weight loss surgery content on to its own channel. What do you think should I?
