I’m excited to share that I have just released the Hour of Power Journey Customization Update (v1.4.1) for the Frequency Weaver. Thank you to everyone who has shown so much curiosity and interest while I continue to develop the app. Are you enjoying it?

My goal for this release was to give options so you may customise the actual flow of your meditation, making the system feel more intuitive and considered. Here is what is new:

1. Seamless Breath Automation: You may now toggle on a breathwork overlay to synchonise with the Journey. Select between audio breathing cues, a visual ripple, and text prompts, to keep the timing how you prefer.

Also, the journey duration slider now cleverly "snaps" to duration presets based your selected breatwork option. This guarantees that your breathing cycle is never cut off unevenly, regardless of the Journey length you choose. Feel free to use this Journey as the basis of a Breathwork practice alone if you are so called.

2. 4-Way Affirmation Control: I have added a new toggle directly to the Journey start screen for The Hour of Power, giving you complete control over how you receive the information. You can now choose between:

✨ Audio & Text: The standard, full immersion.
🎧 Audio Only: Listen to the spoken voice while keeping the visual screen dedicated to the geometric shapes.
📖 Text Only: A silent, purely visual affirmation loop.
🤫 Off: Disable the affirmation engine entirely to focus purely on the binaural entrainment and visuals.

I hope these updates make your experience with the Frequency Weaver even more enjoyable and diverse, and give you the permission you need to go deeper. Thank you for your continued support!

When I first discovered the Relate symbol I was most surprised by its familiarity. This image has been in my psyche for years already. You may have even seen it in this channel's DNA. The photo attached was taken in Fiji more than 10 years before I discovered the Sacred Circuitry. I chose this image to represent me, on Social media in particular, my Facebook profile picture....

The actual position I am in is called Shiko Dachi, at least the stance is. My upper body position is more of an intuitive companion it seems. This symbol reveals the reflection capabilities of us all. To see in each other, ourselves. We define ourselves and each other by the very reflection we receive in return. We help craft each other into existence by Relating.

Bashar’s teachings have had a profound effect on my life, the way that I perceive the world and my place within it. I am always learning new ways to integrate the lessons, finding new opportunities for growth, new blindspots in my belief system and new opportunities to expand my understanding. As I was sitting here the other day wondering what I should make for my next video, I thought “what is one of the key messages Bashar focuses on, that would be relatable to as many people as possible?” And from that thought, this video was born.

The idea of following our Highest Excitement is often considered a cornerstone to activating the complete toolkit to a life of flow that is described by The Formula. It seems very simple - perhaps too simple? I realised that often I would have trouble discerning my own feelings of excitement towards something that was truly in alignment, as they were frequently “muddied” by fear. For me this tends to manifest as over-thinking an idea, looking for all the ways it might fail - effectively talking myself out of it before I’d even begun. The thing I’ve come to learn is that these mental patterns are derived from fear-based beliefs that are so highly ingrained, that I was perceiving them for the longest time as virtues. “Oh, well I’m just risk adverse”, or “I just like to make sure all the negatives are considered then its full steam-ahead!” These are the narratives that would play out continually for me under the guise of self-protection. But really…. They are fear based narratives. Shining the light of authenticity on them I see that I have fears of inadequacy, fears of failure. But by rationalising the need to never undertake the idea (it’s too risky Joe) I never had to face the fear of doing it poorly. By never competing you never lose, right? By never trying you never fail, right??!!

This video is me integrating a deeper understanding of how reality works, thanks to Bashar’s perspective and tools for creating a life of flow and joy. The process is ongoing because some of these beliefs have bunkered down and require more light to be shone on them. But already in recent times I have freed myself of the narrative that making mistakes is “bad”, that iterating on projects is a “frustrating waste of time!” I now see every time I remake something as an opportunity to improve, as a necessary step towards something I will feel so full of joy to share with the world. Mistakes and failures are no longer negative for me, they are simply part of the process of success and joy. And as such the resistance to following my excitement on new and unknown adventures has lessened. Sometimes the old patterns appear, but now I see that it is my choice to follow them or not. The energy of fear is being transformed back into the energy of excitement.

So that’s why I made this video, because it is working for me. If I can make this work, you can too. I believe that completely. Enjoy the video, you lovely people ❤️🙏

Tonight I’ve published the last video in the Hour of Power series, being a full 65 minute “Immersive” experience ( https://youtu.be/jYELyHoVB-I ). This version is characterised by the visuals being supported by music and binaural tones only as it progresses from the initial 5 minute preparation, through each of the 12 affirmations, allowing for 5 minutes for each statement. I hope this serves as a powerful tool in your own ongoing practice, for those times when you wish to immerse yourself in your own words, gently guided by the emotional arc soundtrack. Speaking of which this was another opportunity to layer in my own creativity, inter-weaving with the powerful frequency of the message within. Some additional information on the audio is below.

Essentially each affirmation, plus the initial 5 minutes of preparation and centering time, has its own soundtrack which complements the one before. Each of the 13 songs and accompanying binaural beat in the following sequence:

Preparation & statements 1 and 2: Grounding Phase (Alpha): Establishes foundation in C Major, F Major, and G Major keys with 9-11 Hz binaural beats

Statements 3, 4 and 5: Deepening Phase (Alpha/Theta): Transitions through A Minor, D Minor, and E Minor with 6-8 Hz entrainment

Statement 6: Center Phase (Deep Theta): Reaches peak depth at C Major with 5 Hz binaural rhythm

Statements 7, 8 and 9: Expansion Phase (Theta): Opens awareness through G Major, D Major, and A Major at 6-8 Hz

Statements 10 and 11: Integration Phase (Alpha): Solidifies transformation in E Major and B Major with 9-10 Hz

Statements 12: Return (Alpha): Completes the circle back to C Major at 10 Hz

I think it makes for an interesting experience!

In addition to the various forms of this meditation that I have brought to the channel, I have also created an episode of the “Frequency Podcast” on the Hour of Power subject matter. Designed as a companion piece, it explores the 'why' behind the practice, breaking down the core principles of reality creation, unconditional support, and the freedom of choice that make this practice so transformative. For those who don’t know, I use AI hosts to explore and deconstruct the profound concepts of consciousness, metaphysics, and sacred geometry to help you facilitate a deeper understanding of the topic. The content is carefully curated and edited by me (yes I’m a human 😁) to ensure its accuracy and integrity with regards to the source material. Although I know AI can be polarising, I find the process to be very interesting and I always learn a new perspective on the subject myself when creating them, so I’d imagine others will too.
