Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi wabarakauh!
Dear brothers and sisters, may Allah have mercy upon all of you.
Due to a number of issues which we have highlighted below, we were only able to produce Unit 1 of the 1st book of the Arabic Made Easy series. This consists of around 18 videos, which we plan to upload 1-2 videos per week inshallah. We initially planned to produce the course and put it on Udemy so students can register and take the course at a reasonable/affordable price. We would have loved to continue but the way things currently look, there are many obstacles that are preventing us from continuing. Just this first unit took around 4 months to complete. This was after 6 months of searching for a decent video editor with our financial constraints. On top of the many hours that we put into this course, we also had to pay for the video editor, which was costly. Unfortunately, the editor can no longer continue with us due to the price.


The issues that we had were:
-Finding a decent quality video editor who has some knowledge of the Arabic language.
-High cost of paying good video editor. This is a professional that does not come cheap.
-Delays/not sticking to deadlines. This is mainly due to the brother doing it part time rather than having a dedicated team who will be looked after.
-Project needs financial backing. We underestimated the size and cost of such a project. It will be impossible to continue at the current rate due to our situation.
We would have loved to continue with this series, but cannot anymore. If there were serious brother/sisters who have the skills, time and can commit to our financial constraints, please send us an email: tajweedmeasy@gmail.com
