It was my great pleasure to speak at the Los Angeles County chapter of the IAAO regarding the Department of Justice’s Ruling on the Real Estate Commission.
It was fun to give a presentation to a packed house of well over 100 appraisers for the county. Up until now I never gave much thought about the Appraisers who work as Assessing Officers. Their commitment to professional development is impressive. I am honored to have been part of it.
