My April Fools this year is actually recording something.

Jokes aside, I'm in the Dromies again this year, presenting 'Best Human Character in Godzilla x Kong' and you should give it a watch! Thanks ‪@RickRaptor105‬ for running the show!

Channel Update:

So, today is the 3rd anniversary of this YouTube channel! I have not made an anniversary video though, for two reasons: one, I do not have enough material from across the last year to put into a single highlights video, and two, I simply have lost a lot of motivation to keep making content. You may still hear from me occasionally, but, at this point, I doubt I will come back to this channel and make as much content as I did in the 2020-2022 period. Maybe I will come back onto YouTube in full force, but right now I feel like I simply want to get on with my life.

As for my Twitter (or I guess X now) account, I not planning on keeping that active. Whereas YouTube is a relatively stable platform, every new update Twitter gets seems to break it even more, and the general community is very toxic and unappealing. Indeed, I'm considering shutting down the account altogether, seeing as I rarely got much engagement on it anyways.

Also, in case you're wondering; yes I have seen the Life on Our Planet trailer and I think it looks great!

Anyways, thanks for reading this and for the support over the years. If you want to comment a video suggestion, please leave it down below and I'll consider making it.

I have posted this painting to the Elysian Eclipse aquatic art competition! Make sure to check Discord and Reddit for all of the great artworks!

Description: The Luminescent Abyss is an aquatic biome, only found in the deepest areas of the ocean where no sunlight can penetrate the dark, ominous waters. There are many stratovolcano-like hydrothermal vents, which continuously pump out sulphide particles. These particles feed planktonic, copepod-like organisms, called Luminiceans, which glow blue due to bioluminescence and congregate around the smoking vents. The Luminiceans form the main food source in this biome. Most of the swimming creatures are filter feeders about the size of the player, who feed upon the Luminiceans in a similar fashion to manta rays. There are no plants in the Luminescent Abyss, however, there are many static animals, similar to Earth’s corals and sponges. Some of these, such as the small stalk and anemone-like organisms on the surface of the vent in the painting, only feed on the Luminiceans and pose no threat to the player. They glow through bioluminescence, similar to the Scintillon part. Other static organisms, represented by the medium-sized multi-tentacled Archaeocyatha-like animals in the painting on either side of the vent, glow through pulsating bioluminescence. These organisms use their pulsating lights to draw both Luminiceans and larger creatures towards them, before attacking them and using their tentacles to pull them into their maws. Tiny, glowing, worm-like organisms would surround corpses as a particle effect, similar to the flies in the original Spore, as can be seen in the bottom of the painting. Much rarer than any of the aforementioned organisms is the Tentacle, an Epic-sized, tentacle-like organism which would glow with pulsating bioluminescence and attempt to constrict and drag the player and other unsuspecting creatures towards its base, where they would be eaten. The Tentacle would serve as a mini-boss, and if you defeat it, you would be rewarded with the Pulsating Scintillion part, which would allow the player to hypnotise other creatures, allowing the player to more easily stun and approach creatures which would normally flee from them. Generally, in the Luminescent Abyss, if an organism possesses pulsating bioluminescence, it will be dangerous to the player.

I have been a Spore fan for years, and I am very excited for the future of Elysian Eclipse. Thus, I had a lot of fun creating this acrylic painting on canvas. May the best biome win!

Now that I've got access to community posts, I might try to do a weekly poll or something. So, what is the best Reiwa era Godzilla movie (in your opinion)?
