The idea of creating a medical docuseries originated from a desire to share the compelling stories of patients of the Osborne Head and Neck Institute in Los Angeles, California. OHNI Case Files documents real-time footage of complex surgeries, either performed locally or internationally and during medical missions.
Dr. Ryan F. Osborne and his surgical team take us on a journey around the world where not only we get to see the highly specialized work that he does, but we can witness the bond that develops between physician/patient relationship as well as the team that is behind it.
This is a docuseries with real life stories and real doctors that will elicit strong emotions in the viewer. We hope you enjoy it.

New episode!
On July 7, 2023, the Osborne Head and Neck Foundation and a group of 43 volunteers embark on an 8 day journey to Guatemala for both a Medical and Impact mission.
The Medical Team will be providing free surgery to patients that have traveled afar with various head and neck conditions.
Meanwhile, the Impact Team will be renovating and restoring various facilities of a rural school outside Antigua.
