With the continuous development of technology, the transparent screen market is also constantly advancing. Among them, LED crystal film screens, as one of the sub products of LED transparent screens, are gradually becoming an outstanding representative of the new generation of transparent screen technology due to their extreme lightness, high transparency, excellent flexibility, and easy installation.
The LED crystal film screen adopts bare crystal planting technology, using transparent crystal film as the lamp board. The surface is etched with a transparent mesh circuit, and then the components are attached. Finally, the production is completed through vacuum sealing technology. This unique design enables LED crystal film screens to have extremely high transparency, presenting bright and dazzling image effects, making people's eyes bright.
Compared to traditional LED transparent screens and film screens, the construction of LED crystal film screens is unique. It breaks the standard framework concept of traditional transparent screens, and the product has better flexibility and can be curled arbitrarily. Moreover, its installation method is extremely simple, it can be directly pasted on the inner side of the glass, and can be cut according to the size of the glass, without damaging the original structure of the building or affecting indoor lighting.
In terms of circuit board design, LED film screens are usually composed of a light board and a driver board. At present, there are two main design schemes on the market: one is the combination of light and drive, and the other is the separation of light and drive. The design of integrating LED lights and driver ICs effectively avoids screen distortion caused by inductive effects. And the separation of the light driver is to place the LED light and the driver IC on two independent PCB boards, and connect the signal through the insertion of pins and busbars to ensure normal operation.
There are various reasons for adopting a lamp drive separation scheme. For display screens that use plug-in LEDs, it is more appropriate to use a light driver separation method because the LED pins can affect the normal placement of the back drive IC. For LED displays with small point spacing, due to the limited wiring of the PCB board in electronic design, the use of light drive separation can increase the wiring area of the PCB board. In addition, when considering the issue of heat dissipation without affecting the display effect of LED, the method of separating the light drive will also be chosen. If the method of integrating light and drive is adopted, when the LED light density is high (i.e. the dot spacing is small), the heat generated by the driving IC during operation will be high, causing the heat from the driving IC to be transferred to the LED light facing the IC through the PCB, causing the color of the LED light to change. The use of light drive separation can avoid this situation.
Nowadays, many LED film screen companies have developed from a combination of light and drive to a separation of light and drive. Numerous enterprises have applied light drive separation technology to crystal film screens, effectively reducing screen temperature while increasing screen control redundancy, providing the possibility of stacking intelligent technologies.
The application scenarios of LED crystal film screens are also more extensive. LED film screens can be widely used in fields such as commercial displays, advertising, and home decoration due to their excellent display effects and flexible installation methods. Meanwhile, with the continuous advancement of technology and the expansion of application scenarios, it is believed that LED crystal film screens will play a greater potential in the future, bringing more convenience and surprises to people's lives and work.
