**Inside Son of the Dead Sun**

Hi everyone! I'm Carlos, I'm 40 years old, and I'm the person behind Son of the Dead Sun.

I'm just a regular guy with a regular job. I'm a graphic designer by profession, and music has always been a big part of my life. I play guitar, and when I was younger, I played in several bands. Life eventually took me in a different direction, and between work and everyday responsibilities, I haven't been able to continue making music the way I used to.

But that part of me never really went away.

And somehow, Son of the Dead Sun became a way to bring it all back, combining music, visuals and storytelling into something of my own.

So... what am I trying to create here?

I've always liked the idea that every song should have its own world. Not just a video to accompany the music, but a small story, a place, a character, or even a moment that makes you feel something.

Son of the Dead Sun is my way of exploring human nature, especially the darker side of it.

You often see people wearing animal masks in this world. Bulls, wolves, crows and other creatures. But underneath those masks, they're still human beings. And to me, that's the most important part.

Because in a world that has collapsed, I think the most terrifying thing isn't necessarily some monster hiding in the darkness. It's what ordinary people might become when survival is all that matters.

What would someone do to protect their family? How far would they go to stay alive? And what happens when someone stops caring about anyone but themselves?

I don't think those questions have simple answers. And I don't always want my videos to give you one.

That's also why I spend so much time working on the visuals.

I try to give every video its own identity. I don't want to release something that feels like a copy of what I already made. Sometimes that means experimenting with different sounds, different characters or completely different ways of telling a story. Not everything will work, and I know not every experiment will be everyone's favorite. That's part of creating.

And the details matter to me. A lot.

You won't usually find a character randomly playing guitar just because there's a guitar in the song, especially when the movement doesn't even match the music. I'd rather use that time to show you something that belongs to the story.

A close-up of a piece of bread slowly rotting, an empty chair, an old photograph, a character standing silently in the distance... those things aren't necessarily there just to fill a few seconds.

Sometimes a small detail can say more than an entire scene.

Of course, I work with AI tools, and I've never hidden that. But what I want to build with those tools isn't something automatic. I spend a lot of time developing the ideas, experimenting, making mistakes, changing things and trying again. Sometimes a few seconds of video take much longer than I expected haha.

I do all of this alongside my regular life and job, so I can't always create as quickly as I'd like. But I try to give each release the time and attention it deserves.

And a big reason for that is you.

I genuinely feel that the people who take the time to listen, watch, comment and follow this strange world deserve something made with care. I don't want to upload another video just for the sake of uploading something.

I want you to discover something new, even if it's just a tiny detail you didn't notice the first time.

I'm still learning, still experimenting, and honestly, I don't know exactly where Son of the Dead Sun will take me. But maybe that's what keeps it interesting.

Anyway... I just wanted to share a little about the guy behind all these masks, ruins and strange stories haha.
