Real talk: It is always a blessing when people approach me or write into the ministry about how my work has encouraged or helped them grow in the Faith. But the truth is, I also have some concerns about this dynamic because a YouTuber with a ring light can reach more people in a week than most pastors do in a lifetime. The algorithm rewards controversy and outrage, and too many voices are shaping souls without the accountability of a local church shepherd.
