Hey, Readers! A few life updates:
1) For those of you who contributed to my partner and I's EMD, appraisal and inspection costs to help us purchase a house: We found out last month that the original pre-approval we received in 2025 was sent prematurely and didn't let us know it was sent to us accidentally, so now we're back in the "getting pre-approved" phase. If we can't get an official pre-approval before the end of March, we're just gonna find an apartment to live in until we can.
2) Yesterday, my PC shit the bed. It's a graphics card issue according to the repair place I went to, but the replacement part to fix it won't be in for 4 business days (I assume). So any videos I was planning on releasing this month (and maybe next month) are gonna have to be delayed until I get it back and it's on working order.
So, while 2026 isn't going EXACTLY as I anticipated so far, I'm incredibly thankful for all of you still being here. Once I get my PC back next week, I'll be IMMEDIATELY getting to work to get the videos I have planned out to you as soon as possible!
