Just trying to be a healthy mum 😊 I had a difficult pregnancy in 2025 being diagnosed with anemia, hyperemesis and developed a cardiac effusion in trimester 3. I put on 20 kgs after the delivery and felt so sluggish all the time and lost a lot of confidence . This is my journey to recovery after child birth 👊🏽
