According to Hoyo, it's Venti's birthday. So what better way to celebrate than to pretend he's from a much older era than we might assume.
This is very very fun! Mostly trying to figure out how a frame in traditional cell animation would look. I don't think it's entirely convincing (ignoring the obvious modern art style) but I like it so far.

Hey guys :3
I know I went a bit MIA for the past few weeks. Put simply, my computer broke. And the worst part is that it was entirely physical. The software itself works perfectly fine. And that kind of made me sad.
That little guy did a lot. I finished college with it, started streaming again, made all those video essays, and even did the entirety of my Robin Hood film with it. So seeing it break while the system itself still worked was...frustrating.
All this to say: I got a desktop! Yes, this entire time, Pep has only ever used laptops. It's nothing crazy, I'm not playing Cyperpunk or anything, but the hope is that I just keep doing what I always do, but better! And maybe...just maybe...the Genshin streams won't lag as much.
Honestly, I don't know if this was worthy of an announcement. I'm just letting you guys know what's up. Streaming the new Sumeru quest next week. I am very, VERY excited.

"Ey, Pep, what the heck happened? What was wrong with your animatic??"
It's a bit hard to explain, but basically, the second half was just slightly out of sync. It may sound like nothing to you all (I'm sure none of you even noticed) but I did! And did NOT just work over a month overtime just for it to feel off!
Anyway, if you haven't check out my new animatic yet, give it was watch! It was a blast to make!

Very late St Patrick's Day post but I suddenly remembered this old video I made like 6 years ago with my oc, Quinn (back when I did oc animations :'3)
I remember this was a very rushed video. Probably hashed it out in like a day or two. And honestly, I'm pretty impressed. Like THIS is what I made in a crunch?! I can barely do a drawing now!
Or perhaps it's because I didn't think about the "artistry' as much as I do now, I don't know.
