*ఈ ప్రశ్న చాలా సహజమైనది. నిజమే—భక్తి అనేది హృదయ స్పందన. కానీ మన ధర్మశాస్త్రాలు పూజ, ధ్యానాలకు ఒక ప్రత్యేక సమయాన్ని ఎందుకు సూచించాయో తెలుసుకుంటే, భక్తి యొక్క లోతైన అర్థం మనకు స్పష్టమవుతుంది.*
*ధర్మశాస్త్రాలు పూజకు నిర్దిష్ట సమయాన్ని పాటించమని చెప్పడం వెనుక కేవలం ఆచారం మాత్రమే కాదు. శాస్త్రీయమైన కారణాలు, ఆధ్యాత్మికమైన అవగాహన కూడా దాగి ఉన్నాయి. మన శరీరం, మన మనస్సు, విశ్వంలోని శక్తి—ఈ మూడింటి మధ్య సమన్వయాన్ని సాధించడమే ఈ సమయాల ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం.*
*సూర్యోదయానికి ముందు ఉండే కాలాన్ని బ్రహ్మ ముహూర్తం అని, సూర్యాస్తమయ సమయాన్ని గోధూళి ముహూర్తం అని పిలుస్తారు. ఈ రెండు సమయాల్లో ప్రకృతి అత్యంత ప్రశాంతంగా, శక్తివంతంగా, సానుకూల తరంగాలతో నిండి ఉంటుంది. బ్రహ్మ ముహూర్తం—సూర్యోదయానికి సుమారు 96 నిమిషాల ముందు—మనస్సు సహజంగా నిశ్చలంగా, ఏకాగ్రంగా ఉండే సమయం. ఆ సమయంలో చేసే పూజ, ధ్యానం మన అంతరంగంలోకి మరింత లోతుగా ప్రవేశిస్తుంది.*

*The period before sunrise is known as Brahma Muhurta, and the time around sunset is called Godhuli Muhurta. During these moments, nature is at its calmest, most vibrant, and filled with positive energy. Brahma Muhurta—approximately 96 minutes before sunrise—is a time when the mind is naturally still, pure, and highly focused.
