NOTICE [Please read]

Hello fellow MOAs,

Over the past few months, we’ve seen a lot of people ask about why we haven’t uploaded certain subbed content from TOMORROW X TOGETHER, particular radio shows, and we wanted to make known our current situation.

KBS and SBS Power Station have started copyright striking videos that we’ve uploaded on our YouTube channel that are from their channel. This year, we tried uploading <Kiss Pops>, <Kang Hanna’s Volume Up>, and <Cultwo Show>, but those videos were immediately copyright striked and blocked. So, we uploaded a few videos on okru, but since not everybody could access the site, not many people could view them. Accumulated copyright strikes would lead to our YouTube channel being terminated and hours worth of subbed content being lost.

Therefore, we will no longer be subbing videos from KBS or SBS Power Station (or any other source that could get us a copyright strike) and uploading them on our YouTube channel. However, we will still continue to live translate their radio appearance on Twitter, as we have always done along with VLIVEs and other live content.

Furthermore, many people have also asked us to sub the <TO DO X TOMORROW X TOGETHER> episodes. Those episodes are already subbed on Weverse and VLIVE, and are accessible to everyone. We don’t sub content that have already been officially subbed, but we are open to people asking for clarifications on official subs, and are more than happy to provide more context if we deem it helpful.

We try our best to sub all of TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s content and we even take requests via the form on our website. Therefore, we have a list of unsubbed videos from previous years (mid 2019 ~ early 2020) that we try our best to complete when we get the time to and when there isn’t any new content.
That being said, please know that it’s sometimes stressful when people comment about the absence of some videos on our YouTube channel. Most of these comments are about videos that could potentially get our channel terminated.

We hope you understand that we’re trying our best too. It might seem like there’s a big team behind this translating team, but we’re just two translators. We’re students and sometimes we can’t start subbing a video right away because of various personal reasons, but please know that we do consider it very important to attend to it as soon as we get the time and resources to do so.

I also recommend everyone to check out our website to see what videos have already been subbed and for easy navigation of content! The website is linked in our Twitter (translatingTXT) bio and in the description of every subbed video.
