It's past midnight, and while everyone else is probably asleep, I'm here thinking about someone who somehow became one of the most precious people in my life.

You know... it's funny how the internet works. Millions of people are online every day, yet somehow our paths crossed. I never imagined that an online friend could end up feeling like family. But you did. You became the little sister I never knew I needed.

Thank you for every conversation, every laugh, every random message, every moment you stayed when you didn't have to. Thank you for making ordinary days feel less lonely. You probably don't even realize how many times your presence made my day better.

I wish I could be there today. I wish I could hand you your favorite cake, watch you smile when you blow out the candles, and tell you in person how proud I am of the person you're becoming. But since I can't, I hope these words carry a small piece of my heart to you.
