I'm Sara Murphy, a freelance journalist based outside of Asheville, North Carolina, and I'm a contributing writer for an agricultural publication called Ambrook Research.
I often focus on the "culture" aspect of agriculture, and I'm writing a piece on people who love watching Nate's hoof trimming videos.
