Make sure
Calorie deficit is the key .
Physical movement is the medicine.
You can have your fav food but make sure once in 8 , 9 day ( make sure calories deficit hona jaruri hain) .
Drink at least 3.5 litre water.
Fruit and salad is must must must.

18 November se ek new challenge krna hain jisme mera target 8-10 kg loss krna hain in 50 days

From 93 to 83 kg aana mere liye bahut khushi ki bt hain
And muje 93-62 tk aana h uske liye hm mahant krenge Or us mahanat m ap sb b mera sath de to bahut acha rhega
