What separates a stable manufacturing operation from one that constantly reacts to problems? It is not just the technology. It is the discipline behind how that technology is understood, maintained, and improved. The best teams I have worked with do more than respond quickly. They prepare deeply. They document clearly. They build systems that prevent problems from returning.

Hi all! As you may have noticed, I've started to release a few videos based on the knowledge and experience from my current work - manufactuirng, industrial automation, etc. As I've mentioned in the pase, a lot of this work is derived from what I had done over the years on this channel. Without learning and becoming invested in the embedded systems, I would not have the opportunities I have today. To that point, I'm looking to continue to pass down some of the knowledge just as I had done over the years.
