I recently read an uplifting book and I felt like sharing some of these interesting highlights, the full blog will be coming soon. I have some catching up to do since my website was hijacked, but I'm not done yet.. I have much more work to do & I'm still taking notes♥️😉
The book is called *A Return to Love, A Course in Miracles, by Marianne Williamson*



Fear is to love as darkness is to light. Fear is the root of all evil.

Angry people cannot create a peaceful planet.

Every situation we find ourselves in is an opportunity to teach love instead of fear.

The term crucifixion means the energy pattern of fear, representing limited & negative thinking of the ego, how it seeks to always limit, contradict or invalidate love.

Resurrection means replacing fear with love, to transcend.

The holy spirits' temple is not a body, but a relationship.

When you meet anyone, it's a holy encounter.

What we do to others is what we do to ourselves.

If someone treats us with fear, we are to see the behaviour as a call to love.

Relationships are assignments.

Love is to people, is what water is to plants.

Miracle minded over victim mindset.

Perfect love casts out fear.

We can't really give our children what we don't have.

Stay tuned - this book also touches on narcissistic personalities, and how the ego casts out love in the search for perfection (which is a fear based illusion)...

Everyday, you get to choose. 🤔

Being kind is not weakness, don't confuse the two. ✌️ 💛

Be #assertive (which means taking accountability for speaking your boundaries, spoken with respect & tact) to those who are passive-aggressive & need reminding of their poor behaviour towards you.
I'll do more posts about assertive speaking in the near future. A good place to start learning is within the book called Non-Violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.

Be the change YOU want to see in the world, change starts with the person in the mirror.
Change is the only constant in life, we evolve with experience, make sure you're only competing with yourself. Jealousy and envy are unattractive traits that many are consumed with (narcissists live on these toxic patterns of insecurity and low self esteem, don't let them drag you down) 🚩

But always #remember, change only occurs in people, when the fear of staying the same is greater than the fear of change.

If you're not happy, move; your not a tree 🌲

Treat yourself, as you would treat your best friend. Be careful what you say to yourself, because you're listening. We are often our own worst enemies, but when we know better, we can choose to do better in our lives, moving towards inner peace... ☮️ ♥️ 🧘‍♀️

Well, who do I cease and desist to in this tyrannical medical system/mental health act and forced medication?? Where my lawyer representing anyone's human rights?

I have a right to know who my fake POA is based on false allegations and smear campaigns. Is this why the initial psychiatrist asked me to take down my recording of her? Because what they are doing is coercive control? I shouldn't be forced to take meds that have a BLACK BOX ⚠️ now should I? By mouth or forced injection... Nobody in this prison respects the word NO if I don't get a day in court.

I will press charges to all involved in this. Watch your STEP, I have friends in high places that are watching it all, this is the evidence

So ironic, I was healthy before I was forced into the "hospital" 🙄 🥴 under the mental hell act.... And now I'm under the weather.
Energy vampires are real, I need to get out of here and get to my herbs!! Echinacea, golden seal, elder berries, Mullen, holy basil... There are lots of natural cures for the physical symptoms...
I'm sensitive to others' parasites, they like to attach to me so that could be what's happening now as I'm surrounded by low vibrations in this environment...
Keep your vibration high as much as you can to stay healthy

Keep your immune systems strong and don't forget to do your spiritual cleansing of those dark attachments in your aura... They are very real, so be careful who you allow to get close to you or touch you... Leeches are everywhere and come in all forms to take from you whether it occurs in your mind/body/spirit
Stay healthy, protect yourself, your body is the only place you have to live in, take care of i. Your body is a wonderland and was made perfect by God, every ailment is a ⚠️ sign to an imbalance occurring within or around you. Mine could also be caused by these forces medications and injections they have given me over the past 10 days.
Your body heals IN SPITE OF the medication, not because of them. Symptoms tell you, you're being poisoned in one way or another and you need to become a detective to learn what is saying to you.

Healthy self = Heal thy self

Are we ever going to make our own decisions regarding health? These agendas are forceful and people lose belongings by being in the hospital for too long. It's a hamster wheel, a system revision would be great
