Hello all! Back from the life hiatus! The final three episodes of the Frankenstein reader's guide are lined up for the next three weeks. I'm looking forward to wrapping up the series, it's been great discussing the book with you.
I've spent the last couple of weeks working hard on the final polishing up of my novel. After 15 drafts I think I'm ready to send it to some Literary Agents (and ready to finish my Frankenstein series!). See you soon, and fingers crossed for me!
Are you a visual artist? If so, I would be very interested in getting your views on the use of AI in your creative work and the creative industry in general for a research project on values and artificial intelligence in art.
So when I start preparing the morality and aesthetics video, it would be interesting to see where my audience falls in the debate, so here's another poll!
If an artwork is "immoral" is this a defect in the artwork, even if it's a small one?
So I recently published a philosophy paper on ethics and morality, and why I think that even stories that have immoral messages (think the Marquis de Sade's books) are not bad artworks because of their moral messaging. Would you be interested in seeing a more philosophical series digging into the relationship between morality and art?
First episode of the Frankenstein will be out this Sunday! Here's the episode list:
(1) Mary Shelley & Plot Summary (2) Victor Frankenstein: Character Study (3) The Creature: Character Study (4) Justine, Elizabeth, and Henry: Character Studies (5) Fatherhood and Creation (6) Morality in Frankenstein (7) Nature, Romanticism, & Adventure (8) Nature vs Nurture (9) The Universal Science Fiction Novel
It's time for another Q&A video I think. If you have any questions about the channel, books, writing, or anything wild, fire away and I'll answer them soon! :)
Hello! I did record a video to go up today, but my voice sounds like a dying frog due to a cold and no one needs to listen to that. Will upload something else over the weekend instead once I'm fighting fit again!
Also, for those who like my Vampire Chronicles reviews, I finally finished the series' last two books. Look out for those reviews in the coming weeks!

No video this week, but that's because I'm finally working on my next reader's guide series: Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, coming soon!
