Lately I've been on the journey of self love and self acceptance. I feel comfortable in my skin and in the way and this has brought me to a much happier and content place. Now I don't critique myself based on the standard set by the social media and society. Who can relate that social media could be very toxic on your mental health and is not what it appears to be.

Have you had your flu shot yet? Be an early bird and get your flu shot now so your body has chance to build immunity before the flu season hits. It takes about 2 weeks for your flu shot to show its full effect.
Ideally the best time to get your flu shot is early September and no later than late October. If you dont get it early, getting a flu shot still helps.
