I’m a woman in my 60s, and here I share real conversations about aging, identity, marriage, creativity, loss, joy, and the thoughts we don’t always say out loud. There’s no fixing here, no pretending, and no pressure to have it all figured out.
Alongside these conversations, I also share my work as an author—including reflective books for women and a children’s book written from the same place of heart, hope, and truth. Storytelling has always been part of how I make sense of life, whether I’m writing for grown women or for children who are learning bravery and belonging.
This channel is simply one woman speaking to another—about slowing down, paying attention, and learning how to live fully in this season.
