The CPIM Kerala launched a massive house visit campaign across the #Kerala state. Communist Party of India (Marxist) General secretary #Comrade M A Baby led the door-to-door campaign in the state capital, Thiruvananthapuram. During the visits, party leaders and workers will engage with residents on the government’s development and welfare programmes, and the importance of protecting secularism. The CPI(M) leaders has stated that it will enter every household, irrespective of party affiliation, to hold open and frank discussions. Leaders from all levels of the party will take part in the initiative.
As a follow-up, ward-level family meetings and local-level public meetings will also be organised. The campaign seeks to reinforce public awareness that the foundations of secular Kerala must not be weakened.

Joint Platform of Central Trade Unions meeting held on 15th January 2026 at CITU State Committee office, Lucknow decided to make success 2026 Feb 12th Nationwide General Strike a success in Uttar Pradesh.
The meeting finalised the campaign and other preparations to make the strike success. District level Joint Conventions are planned to make grassroot level plans to make success the strike.
Meeting of leaders of CITU led Unions of Bidadi Industrial Area held on 14th January 2026 planned to make success 12th February 2026 in the entire Bidadi Industrial Area which houses Toyota Kirloskar Motors and Bosch Company and other several other MNC's.
CITU National Secretary K.N.Umesh, State General Secretary S.Varalakshmi, Bengaluru South/ Ramnagar District President Yogesh, General Secretary B.B.Ragavendra ,Treasurer Bhagya, D.Chandrashekar and other leaders addressed the meeting.
The CITU leaders and the Toyota Kirloskar Motors Employees Union (TKMEU) President Deepak and General Secretary Ravi had a separate meeting and decided to make the 12th February Strike a bigger success than the earlier strikes.

Thousands of MNREGS workers protested in front of Central Govt Offices in all district centers of Kerala against the Union government’s move to undermine the employment guarantee law, eliminate jobs, and shift the responsibility of implementing the scheme on to the states, March and sit-in protest in front of Lok Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram was inaugurated by #CPIM Kerala State Secretary M. V. Govindan Master.
