Mat 25:6  And at MIDNIGHT there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go ye out to meet him. 
Mat 25:7  Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 
Mat 25:8  And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 
Mat 25:9  But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 
Mat 25:10  And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 
Mat 25:11  Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Adonai, Adonai, open to us. 
Mat 25:12  But he answered and said, Amein I say unto you, I know you not. 
Mat 25:13  WATCH therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of A’dam comes. 


Luk 21:34  And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 
Luk 21:35  For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 
Luk 21:36  WATCH ye therefore, and PRAY ALWAYS, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of A’dam. 

Rev 16:15  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and guards his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 

1Pe 4:7  But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and WATCH unto PRAYER. 


We are also told that we must be able to endure the fiery trials that will come our way......

1Pe 4:12  Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 
1Pe 4:13  But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Mashiach’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 

Mat 24:13  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Rev 2:8  And unto the angel of the called out assembly in Smyrna write; These things says the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; 
Rev 2:9  I know your works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but you are rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Yahudiym, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. 
Rev 2:10  Fear none of those things which you shall suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be faithful unto death, and I will give you a crown of life. 
Rev 2:11  He that has an ear, let him hear את what the Ruach says unto the called out assemblies; He that overcomes shall not be hurt of the second death.
