🫶🏾 One of the biggest things I’ve been learning is how to create my own happiness — even on the quiet, low-energy days.
💤 Some days that means just getting up, taking a shower, and going right back to bed — giving yourself permission to rest.
🫖 Other days, it’s taking yourself out for an hour or two, to a place you love, like a café! Every day doesn’t have to look the same, and that’s what makes it so beautiful.
🪞 Solo dates remind me that I’m capable of meeting my own needs and that peace and joy don’t have to wait for the perfect day, because that doesn’t exist. But here, in this imperfect world, I can still create joy and peace — right here, today.
