๐ค Some days that means just getting up, taking a shower, and going right back to bed โ giving yourself permission to rest.
๐ซ Other days, itโs taking yourself out for an hour or two, to a place you love, like a cafรฉ! Every day doesnโt have to look the same, and thatโs what makes it so beautiful.
๐ช Solo dates remind me that Iโm capable of meeting my own needs and that peace and joy donโt have to wait for the perfect day, because that doesnโt exist. But here, in this imperfect world, I can still create joy and peace โ right here, today.
๐๏ธGo back through the challenge and pick the activity that you loved the most, or that you feel most connected with right now. Practice it again with fresh intention.
