Dark Sonic is overrated, and here’s why:

It’s not a complete or stable transformation, it’s just an emotional outburst.
It doesn’t surpass Super Sonic in any measurable way.
It lasts only a few seconds and has no lasting impact.
Sonic has no control over it and can’t evolve it.
Most of its “power” comes from fan-made or non-official animations, not canon feats.

In short: Dark Sonic looks powerful, but its reputation is built more on visuals and fan content than real, official strength.
