There is nothing quite like the rush of inspiration when you are mixing paints on a canvas, completely in the zone.
Time stops, thoughts stop it’s just you and your connection to your creativity that’s been sitting there patiently all along.
Sometimes this feeling is created in other ways. Like meditation, yoga. But for the busy mind often sitting still can prove difficult.
When the hands are busy, the mind finds another focus and in that focus all problems disappear. When there is space created, solutions appear, this is called intuitive guidance.
Add in colour, texture, movement, music and before you know it you’ve hit that elusive zone that you have been searching for.
That moment when you are in the present , where nothing else is more important than just being. Where those around you are committed to that one goal creative expression. Nothing to fix, just BE in pure joy.
Let’s not even mention the pure bliss from your Inner Child to create and play …. Finally 🙌

NEW workshop coming. Although this one is a bit different to the others. In this workshop we will delve into healing the Divine Feminine - this will be held at a new beautiful venue in Box Hill North.
This workshop will be a mixture of meditation, card readings, healing connecting to our Divine Feminine self and painting and collaging. This workshop will be a combination of art and healing.
