Hey! I’m David AKA the NakedPastor. In 2010, after 30 years as a pastor, I left the ministry to focus on NakedPastor and the community that was emerging around it. It’s now my full time gig! I believe that questions are the answer to authentic growth. It’s why I use words and images to spark important conversations, challenge the status quo, deconstruct dogma, and offer hope for those who suffer under it.

This past month has been hard for me i've been feeling the temptation to fall into anxiety, obsession, and despair. I've felt hopeless. Not only is that not good for me, but it isn’t good for the people in my life, locally and virtually. So I wrote a letter to myself about how to survive a trump era.
I needed it.
I've now turned it into 3 emails. I got such a great response to it that I've made a link where anyone who didn't get it can sign up.
