What all is wrong with this drain?

I showed up to my 2nd call today and found this under the kitchen sink. We had a clogged drain that needed addressing and obvious problems with the tubular connections.

Seems like there may have been an old RO or filtered water system at one point and probably some DIY-ing.

Either way, we got it taken care of today and everything is back up and running 🤘
