Fun Fact: There are a LOT of inspirations that went into Martin’s characterization, but his backstory pulls the most from Rob from The Amazing World of Gumball. That’s actually where I got the idea for that distinctive pupil shape he gets sometimes.
Also, don’t mind the evil smirk. Every time his face appears in shadow, it involuntarily glows like that.
