YOU CAN'T WIN BY FITTING IN

Ditch the unrealistic expectation that everyone should like you.

You can't win by fitting in.

You can't lead and be loved by everyone.

You can't rise without losing the ones who never fucking move.

They are not your people.

They pretend the life they have is the life they chose while they are filled with regret in their heart about what they could have been.

Leave them where they are.

Do what you gotta do.

You didn't sacrifice who you used to be just to please who you used to know.

Whether they like you or not is completely irrelevant.

Surround yourself with the people who do.

Build.

Create.

Become.

Everything else will take care of itself.

DON'T FORGET TO BE GRATEFUL

I don't care what you're building.

How small it is...

How big it gets…

How hard you push...

If you don't take time to appreciate the people you're doing it with...

You're missing the whole point.

It's literally everything.

At the end of your life...

...It's not the numbers you'll remember.

It's the moments.

The mission.

The ones who showed up every day and built it with you.

So yes...

Be driven.

Stay hungry.

Go hard.

...But don't forget to look around and be grateful.

Every single day.

DON'T LET COWARDS DICTATE YOUR POTENTIAL

Isn't it weird how the people who have the most to say about what you're doing have the least to show for their own lives?

They've done nothing but have a fucking PhD in telling you what you should be doing.

They mock your vision because they never had one.

They laugh at your moves because they never made any.

They question your path because they never had the balls to walk their own.

They tell you to slow down.

They tell you to be "realistic".

They tell you to be "humble".

...and not a single person telling you any of that has ever done shit.

Stop seeking validation from people you'd never trade lives with.

Never let cowards dictate your potential.

Let them choke on your results.

BELIEVING IN PEOPLE IS ALWAYS WORTH IT

The biggest reason I win and the biggest reason I lose is because I believe anyone can do anything.

That belief is what pushes me.

It’s what makes me get up every day knowing there’s no excuse not to execute.

If I believe anyone can do it…

…then I sure as fuck better prove I can too.

It keeps me humble.

It keeps me hungry.

It keeps me locked in on the fact that greatness isn’t reserved for a chosen few … it’s available to whoever’s willing to suffer for it.

That belief is my weapon.

It drives me.

It gives my urgency.

It makes me look at the scoreboard and know there’s no reason to settle for less.

…but it’s also what burns me.

Because I don’t just believe I can do anything.

I believe you can, too.

I believe everyone can.

…and that belief has made me overestimate people sometimes.

It’s made me trust too much.

It’s made me give chances to people who weren’t ready.

Who weren’t serious…

Who weren’t willing to pay the price…

…and that’s the reality: believing anyone can do anything doesn’t mean everyone will.

Some people won’t show up.

Some people won’t endure the pain.

Some people won’t keep promises to themselves.

Some people won’t sacrifice long enoughto earn the result.

Some people just don’t give a shit.

However … for every one that lets you down, there are ten who rise higher than even they imagined.

For every failure, there’s ten who make the belief worth it.

…and that’s why I’ll never stop betting on people.

Because the truth is the world only changes

when somebody believes in people enough

to light a fire under them.

That’s why I win.

…and if sometimes I lose because of it?

So be it.

The return is tenfold.

The payoff is undeniable.

It’s worth it every single time.

That little bit of belief you show someone could be the thing that ignites them changing their entire bloodline.

WIN THE GAME OF VALUE

If your sole strategy for marketing your product or service is talking shit on the people you are in competition with...

You won't be in business for very long.

You may think you're positioning yourself ahead of your competition by tearing them down...

But what you're actually doing is the literal opposite.

Here's what you're really saying when you talk shit on your competition:

"I'm insecure about what I'm offering."

"I can't compete on value."

"I need to make others look bad to make myself look good."

...and everyone can see it.

If you truly want to be successful in business...

Focus on providing as much value as possible and let the results speak for themselves.

Solve problems so well that people wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

That's how you completely insulate yourself from everyone you're in competition with.

Let everyone else talk shit.

If you can win the game of value...

You can't be touched.

BEING TIRED ISN'T AN EXCUSE

"I'm tired."

Guess what?

So is everyone else.

That includes anyone who's ever gone out and done anything of true significance.

All of history's greatest feats were accomplished by tired people.

It's the default state for anyone doing anything worthwhile.

Get used to it.

Being tired isn't your excuse to not execute.

If you're working hard to build yourself and your life into something extraordinary...

You're supposed to be tired.

The real magic happens when you push yourself past the point of being tired.

It's when you think you can't take another step but you do.

It's when you're running on empty but muster enough energy to get it done anyways.

High achievers don't leave anything left in their tank.

They understand that in order to reach their goals...

Their effort has to go beyond what their energy level is.

Success comes down to your ability to manufacture energy when it isn't there.

...and once you've pushed yourself past that point...

You'll come to realize that being tired is far more of a mental limitation than an actual physical one.

Train yourself to empty your tank to absolute zero and keep moving.

Nothing less will get it done.

YOU'RE NOT BEING PUNISHED

If it's heavy...

That means he trusts you.

The load you're carrying wasn't given to weak men.

It was given to you because God saw strength you haven't even fully seen yet.

So stop asking for relief.

Ask for endurance.

Ask for wisdom.

Ask for strength.

Be grateful for the weight knowing others can't handle it and it only makes you stronger.

You're not being punished.

You're being called.

THE COMEBACK STARTS WHEN THE LIES STOP

The man you could be is waiting on the other side of one moment:

The moment you get fucking pissed.

Not at them.

Not at life.

At you.

Stop lying.

You're not confused.

You're just not offended enough by your own bullshit.

You made peace with "good enough" and look what it produced.

Look around...

Is this it?

Are you willing to accept this?

Is this really going to be your life story?

The real shift starts when you snap.

When you look around and finally get disgusted enough to burn it the fuck down.

...and build what you really want in its place.

Then and only then will things change.

The comeback starts when the lies stop.

DITCH THE BAGGAGE

Let that shit go.

No matter what it is...

Let it go.

You're working to build something.

You're working to become someone.

Carrying around all that baggage won't help you.

It will only hurt you.

Every minute you spend dwelling on what was is another minute you can't spend on what could be.

Winners don't carry grudges or burdens from their past.

They let it go and keep moving so they can focus on their goals and future.

I suggest you do the same.

Let it go.

All of it.

The betrayal.

The disappointment.

The grief.

The pain.

The suffering.

Winning, building, and becoming is hard enough as it is.

Don't make it harder on yourself.

HOW TO FEEL BETTER IMMEDIATELY

Want to feel better immediately?

Stop thinking about you.

Lift somebody else up.

Show up for someone who needs it.

Offer some words of encouragement to someone having a hard time.

You'd be shocked how fast your own fire comes back when you light theirs.
