Welcome to 93.3 WDRK The Dark.

WDRK is a fictional late-night radio show broadcasting from a small town where the roads are empty, the coffee is always fresh, and somebody is still awake with a story to tell.

Hosted by Tim, each episode captures the sound and atmosphere of overnight radio from the ’80s and ’90s: local announcements, forgotten songs, strange callers, quiet conversations, and the occasional moment that doesn’t have an easy explanation.

New episodes every Monday.

Is Delia there?

For three years, the same older woman has been calling Carol Ann’s house, asking for someone who doesn’t live there.

A wrong number. Until she mentions the dogwood over the porch.

A huge thank-you to Carol Ann from ‪@TheInBetweenTales‬ for lending her voice to this episode of 93.3 WDRK. We’re glad she called the station even if Tim couldn’t answer her question.

Episode 7 — Is Delia There?

WDRK 93.3

Late at night, Russell looks across his soybean field and notices a light on the abandoned fire tower off Ridge Road. It is moving down the stairs, stopping at every landing.

He calls WDRK hoping Tim knows what’s happening out there. As they stay on the line, an ordinary conversation about crops, irrigation, and the county fair becomes harder to keep ordinary.

WDRK 93.3

Two new nights at WDRK arrive tomorrow, 9/23 at 11.

In “The River’s Down,” it’s too hot to sleep, and Curtis has a question about the weather report.

In “A Ways From the Water,” fair week means plenty to talk about. Somehow, a piece of trash found along a fence line gets the most questions.

Coffee’s on. Phones are open.
