महामन्त्र का श्रवण प्रत्यक्ष कृष्ण-दर्शन से अभिन्न है - *श्री श्रीमद् जयपताका स्वामी महाराज द्वारा* - डल्लास, 20 मई 2026
आज मैं आप सबके साथ एक और उद्धरण साझा करना चाहता हूँ:
हरे कृष्ण ध्वनि का श्रवण करना प्रत्यक्ष रूप से भगवान् की दिव्य सत्ता का दर्शन करने के समान है:
“भक्ति में नौ प्रकार की विभिन्न क्रियाएँ हैं—
श्रवणं कीर्तनं विष्णोः स्मरणं पाद-सेवनम्।
अर्चनं वन्दनं दास्यं सख्यम् आत्म-निवेदनम्॥
[श्रीमद्भागवतम् 7.5.23]
चूँकि ये सभी भक्ति-क्रियाएँ पूर्णतया आध्यात्मिक एवं परम हैं, अतैव मन्दिर में विग्रह की पूजा करने, उनके दर्शन करने और उनकी महिमा का कीर्तन करने में कोई भेद नहीं है। वास्तव में, ये सभी भगवान् के दर्शन करने के ही विभिन्न उपाय हैं, क्योंकि भक्ति-सेवा में किया गया प्रत्येक कार्य भगवान् के प्रत्यक्ष सम्पर्क का साधन है।
भौतिक जगत के नियमों के विपरीत, भगवान् के दर्शन करने, उनकी स्तुति करने और उनकी दिव्य ध्वनि का श्रवण करने में कोई भेद नहीं है। अतः शुद्ध भक्त भगवान् का गुणगान करके पूर्णतया तृप्त हो जाते हैं। ऐसे गुणगान को कीर्तन कहा जाता है।
कीर्तन करना और ‘हरे कृष्ण’ ध्वनि का श्रवण करना वास्तव में भगवान् की प्रत्यक्ष सत्ता का दर्शन करना है। मनुष्य को इस स्थिति का अनुभव करना चाहिए; तभी वह भगवान् की लीलाओं और कार्यों के परम स्वरूप को समझ सकेगा।”

"Inquiry through humble service"
Question:
In this extremely fallen age, we have been most fortunately blessed with the simplest means of deliverance (Chanting/Japa). Yet, why do we lack the enthusiasm to take it seriously?
Answer by His Holiness Jayapataka Swami Maharaj:
Because the people of Kali-yuga are extremely fallen, it sometimes becomes difficult for them to chant. However, we must understand that through chanting, we can achieve all perfections. Therefore, we should chant and thus become fortunate. We must accept that if we experience difficulty in chanting, it is due to our being extremely fallen. Thus, pray for the mercy of the Pancha-Tattva, your Gurudev, and the Guru-Parampara (lineage of teachers). In this way, we can obtain the Lord's mercy and chant His Holy Name.
