Today, I made my own apple cider… and started my own homemade apple cider vinegar 🍎
A natural probiotic. Something my body will benefit from daily.

But here’s what hit me…

It’s not just about the health benefits.
It’s the confidence that comes with knowing exactly what went into it.
No chemicals. No guessing. Just pure intention.

We’ve become so used to convenience that we forgot the joy of creating.
The patience. The process. The pride.

There’s a different kind of love in things you make yourself.

Today I’m reflecting on something real: how people treat others… and what happens when they get a taste of their own behavior.

Sometimes, when you mirror someone’s actions back to them, it opens your eyes. You see the frustration, the anger, the confusion they feel—and it hits you… this is what they’ve been doing all along. And strangely, there’s a sense of justice in that moment.

But here’s the deeper truth: it’s not about revenge, it’s about awareness.

Some people genuinely don’t realize how their behavior affects others. And sometimes, life—or even you—becomes the mirror that shows them. When you bring it to their attention, you give them a choice: ✨ Grow ✨ Reflect ✨ Change

But not everyone will choose that.

And that’s where your power comes in.

You don’t have to stay in environments where people are committed to misunderstanding you. You don’t have to keep explaining yourself to people who are comfortable being stuck.

Because the truth is… You can clean the mud, You can move yourself out of it, But you cannot force someone who loves the mud to leave it.

So choose peace. Choose growth. Choose distance when necessary.

“Today is day 35… and I want to talk about something deep—what it really means to live life with no regrets.
A lot of people think living with no regrets means you made all the right choices…
But that’s not true.
Living with no regrets means you accept every choice—good or bad—and understand that each one shaped you into who you are today.
It means going through storms… feeling the pain… the confusion… the disappointment…
And instead of saying ‘Why me?’ you say, ‘What is this teaching me?’
Because every storm carries a lesson.
And when you choose to learn from it, instead of breaking from it…
That’s when you grow.
Now your mindset changes.
Now your perspective shifts.
Now you don’t look at life the same way anymore.
You become wiser.
Stronger.
More aware.
And here’s the beautiful part…
Everything you went through—every mistake, every setback, every lesson—
Now becomes someone else’s guidance.
Now you can speak and say:
‘I’ve been there. I know how that feels. And this is what I learned.’
You’re no longer just surviving life…
You’re helping others navigate theirs.
So no… don’t regret the storm.

People often say they are busy…
But the truth is everyone is busy.
What I have learned in life is this:
People show up for who they want to show up for.
Sometimes loyalty isn’t always someone physically being there.
Sometimes loyalty looks like a message.
Sometimes loyalty looks like a phone call.
Sometimes loyalty looks like someone saying,
"I couldn’t make it, but I thought about you."
Because when someone values you, they will create space for you in their life.
Nobody is too busy to send a quick message.
Nobody is too busy to check in.
And that small act tells you something very important…
Loyalty makes room.
If someone cares, they will find a way.
If they don’t, they will find an excuse.
So never feel bad for noticing who shows up for you and who doesn’t.
Because loyalty always reveals itself — not through words, but through consistent action.
Pay attention to the people who make room for you…

Being uniquely you will disturb people.
Not because you’re wrong.
Not because you’re arrogant.

But hear me clearly…
You are not “too much.”
