My boyfriend's dream has come true as he's set to go to Sonic Expo Atlanta in August! If you're headed there too, why not go support him if you see him?

I know it's probably Neichel doing the "lalala", but I've listened to so much RD-Sounds that I really thought Meramipop was singing 💀

Merry Christmas to everyone, and a happy 17 year anniversary to my YouTube channel! Moving forward, this channel will be also be used as the channel for my digital artist side as Kan Zaiaku. That means you can expect content besides my Touhou uploads in the future, and hopefully you won't have to wait too long.
Happy holidays, and thank you for your support over the years! Here's to a new creative future!

In the 17 years I've had this account, I've kept it separate from practically all of my other accounts online. In my teenage to adult life, I've rarely ever alluded to my own YouTube account in real life or when I'm online anywhere else. Not even my closest friends are aware that I have a YT account at all. It's just something I've done for so long that I don't even think about it.
But that could change at some point. I have an online persona as a digital artist in many places elsewhere. And I'd rather just use this existing account instead of making yet another account with my artist name if it means I get to upload video content of my own.
I wouldn't change my identity here or remove the videos I've already uploaded. Those are all part of the history and identity of AnimeMariku. I would just clarify that this YouTube account and my artist side as being one and the same. Who knows, cause the walls I've built to separate all my online accounts from each other have started coming down... and I don't think I mind.

So I don't need a thousand subscribers to make one of these anymore, huh? That's cool.
